Georgian natural wine. Traditional winemaking technology was used for vinification. The grapes - Rkatsiteli 35%, Kisi 35%, Kakhuri Mtsvane 15% and Khikhvi 15% - were crushed together, co-fermented in Qvevri and aged on skins for 7 months. The grapes are grown in Kakheti, on the right bank of the Alazani River, Vachnadziani village, Shaloant Akhoebi - a specific terroir, located 450 metres above sea level, in a dry, hot climate, on stony/siliceous soil. The wine is unfiltered.
