This garnet-colored red wine is made from the rare Georgian red variety Jgia grown in 49-year-old vineyards in Kondoli, Kakheti. A sports doctor by education, Nino Gulbiani started winemaking at the family winery. She makes qvevri wine and grows local Georgian grape varieties in her vineyards.
With notes of fruit jam, dried figs and persimmon.
