Vinification and maturation: the clusters are placed on drying trays for about 20-30 days. Vinification is carried out in concrete vats at natural temperature and local yeast for about 40 days. Aged in new barriques for at least 48 months. 1 more year in the bottle.
Dark red color, intense and fading to garnet with age.
Aroma of intense black pepper, chocolate, blueberries and red fruits, currants, tobacco with a long aftertaste of liquorice, rhubarb and coconut.
The palate is warm, enveloping, rich, tannic and well-saturated. Broad expression ending with plum, cherry, chocolate and mint.
