Gurashvili Kisi Qvevri is an unfiltered orange wine.
The wine is produced using the traditional Georgian Qvevri method. Grape juice and skins go through a complete fermentation and maceration for 5 months in qvevri (an earthenware vessel buried in the ground), which gives the wine a deep and full tannic flavor and structure. The wine is extracted and bottled without filtration, retaining all the raw flavors.
Aroma: white dried fruits, smoked tones.
Palate: full-bodied, dry, white fruits, vanilla, peach, quince, balanced tannins.
