Fermentation at low temperature to preserve the characteristics of the grapes, then fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, followed by ageing on the lees for 9 months.
The region is famous for wines made from the Verdejo grape.
The age of the vine is 50 years.
The Ruda region is located at an altitude of 700-800 metres above sea level, with a mountainous continental climate influenced by the Mediterranean Sea. Rather cold winters with minus temperatures and hot summers. Small amount of precipitation. A large number of sunny days gives the grapes sugar, on the other hand low temperatures at night keep acidity. Low yields and careful manual harvesting.
Intense aromas of ripe fruit and fennel with elegant tones of oak barrel. Elegant, with typical Verdejo tones such as melon and pear. Silky aftertaste.
