Georgian natural wine. Using traditional Georgian winemaking technology, the grapes of the 2020 vintage Budeshuri 50% and Chinuri 50% were crushed together in a kvevri and fermented with skins (without stalks) for 3 weeks. The grapes are grown in Kakheti, on the right bank of the Alazani River, Vachnadziani village, Chaloant Akhoebi - a specific terroir located 450 metres above sea level, in a dry, hot climate, on stony/siliceous soil. The wine is unfiltered.
