Description
This is a very pleasant late harvest wine of Grechetto and Malvasia grapes, vinified in steel, elegantly accompanying the end of a meal but lending itself to risky combinations thanks to its versatility.
Direct pressing of late harvest grapes. Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation (about 4 weeks). Aging of the wine in stainless steel for 6 months. Bottling and storage for 6 months.
Golden yellow colour. The aroma is of apricot jam, candied fruit, honey.
On the palate, soft and velvety, extremely persistent aftertaste.
