Description
The vineyards are located 760 metres above sea level. The vineyards are treated exclusively with biological and natural means. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in the traditional Kakheti style - long skin contact, fermentation and ageing in Kvevri. The wine stays in Kvevri for more than a year.
The combination of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grapes gives the wine an unforgettable intense flavour. The long contact with the skins adds pleasant tannins but does not hide the fruity flavours. Complex, needs to be accompanied with food.
The wine is unfiltered, heavy sediment is possible.
