Prosecco 0.15 Millesimato is produced using an innovative vinification method. The must is cooled to 0°C, followed by a single fermentation at 15°C, enhancing and preserving its precious typical fruity flavour with notes of golden apple.
Harvest is in mid-September, by hand in small crates. The grapes are immediately brought in and crushed at the winery. Fine and persistent perlage, light straw-yellow colour, with greenish hues, fruity bouquet with intense aromas of apple, banana and floral aftertaste, medium body, smooth, with a pronounced personality. Cool and dark in a cool and dark place; it shows its best qualities when served while still young.
