The 2019 Rkatsiteli is in Quévry for 12 months, of which 4 months the wine is in contact with the grape skins. The wine is characterised by an aromatic bouquet of ripe fruit and light tannins.
"The warm summer of 2019 and the minerals of the mountain rivers that stretch from the roots to the grapes. These are the two main reasons that play a very important role in the formation of the grapes. Minerals and grape sugar turn into flavourings when heated. Hand-picked grapes do not lose flavour and character."
