"Havnchkara" is produced according to the Racha-Lechum technology, adapted to cooler climates. The wine is produced by stopping fermentation without adding alcohol, by cooling. The grapes with a high sugar content are not fermented completely and the wine remains natural.
The purple colour of Khvanchkara is characterised by aromas of raspberry and red currant, which are accompanied by natural cherry flavours. The flavour of the wine, like a real Rakhi man, is calm, but cheerful and velvety. The wine creates a wonderful duet with ham and other delicacies such as nikvah mushroom from Racha. Khvanchkara is perfectly balanced and complemented by flavours of churchkhela, hazelnuts, walnuts, cheese and fruit.
