Description
The vineyards are located 520 metres above sea level. The vineyards are treated exclusively with biological and natural means. The grapes are hand-picked and vinified in the traditional Kakheti style - long skin contact (6 months), fermentation and ageing in Kvevri.
The wine is known for its intense flavour. An orange wine with an amber colour. High acidity and tannins harmonise with fruity and honeyed flavours with a soft and long aftertaste.
The wine is unfiltered, heavy sediment is possible.
