Description

The vineyard is located at an altitude of 700 metres above sea level. The vineyard is 10 years old, both varieties are planted together. Vineyard planting 8 hectares - harvest per hectare 4 tonnes. The time of harvesting is mid-October, harvested by hand. The vineyards are not irrigated and are treated only with bioagents.
Fermentation in a kvevri for 30 days on the pulp, then transferred to another kvevri where malolactic fermentation takes place. Natural filtration. After infusion of the mash (30 days), the wine is aged on the lees for 30 days, after which the lees are removed and aged in a kvevri for at least 10 months.
The flavour is rich, light tannins, long aftertaste. Aroma of forest berries - blackberries and blueberries.
