Description
Amber wine with a non-translucent structure formed as a result of the batonage method used when the wine was aged only on the skins for 4 months. Batonage method of aging the wine only on the skins for 4 months. The wine was in the kvevri for 7 months. Then transferred to an oak barrel where it was aged for 4 months.
The barrel is made of oak grown in Georgia.
The wine is unfiltered.
