Chacha is Georgia's second national drink after wine. It is a brandy with a high alcohol content. Brandy is made from grape pomace - the residue of grapes left over after winemaking, which Georgians call "chacha", hence the name.
This chacha is made from Saperavi grapes and has been aged in oak barrels for several months.
