Description
Maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature with frequent pouring. The wine is then selected and finishes fermentation in stainless steel vats. The wine is aged for 8-12 months on the noble lees in oak barriques and barrels.
Intense ruby colour, bouquet of ripe red fruit, full body, smooth, with the right level of tannins and notes of wild fruit.
Its structure and complexity allow the wine to improve during maturation in bottle, which can last up to 15 years, reaching its peak 10 years after harvest.
