Chacha is Georgia's second national drink after wine. It is a brandy with a high alcohol content. Brandy is made from grape pomace - the residue of grapes left over after winemaking, which Georgians call "chacha", hence the name.
This chacha is made from Saperavi and Rkatsiteli grapes from the village of Vachnadziani.
