The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks for 7-8 days at a controlled temperature of 26°C to 29°C. The wine is then clarified in steel tanks for 8 months and in bottles for 4 months.
Very intense ruby colour with violet hues. Dark and persistent bouquet with aromas of cloves and ripe forest berries. A powerful, deep wine.
