The grapes for this wine come from three cru Pinot Noir: "Girlan", "Mazon" and "Pinzon". The vineyards are located between 380 and 530 metres above sea level. and are characterised by moraine deposits on volcanic porphyry rocks and loamy limestone soils with a western exposure.
The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in small containers to prevent excessive pressure on the grapes. After combing, the must is gravity-fed into steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation takes place (18-20 days). After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in large oak barrels (50 hl). Finally, the wine is aged in bottle for a further 6 months.
Ruby red in colour with intense aromas of sweet and sour cherries and raspberries. This wine shows lively acidity and convinces with a juicy aftertaste.
