Description

The oldest known production of sparkling wine was realised in 1531 in France. The wine made according to this ancient method was called Pétillant Naturel - Pét-Nat. In the world this method is known under different names. In Georgia, the wine made by this method is called "Machari". Created from the Kisi grape variety, this wine was made by completing fermentation in the bottle.
The wine has been freed from most of the lees but contains some sediment. This sparkling wine expresses rich aromas of pear, citrus and tropical fruits. With a floral and pleasant yeasty aftertaste.
