The wine is made from Saperavi grapes using the technique of the tiered terracotta kvevri system. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts and minimal intervention in the process. The terraces allow the wines to be moved by gravity.
Harvested in September. Unfiltered red wine.
Colour: red, intensely dark, black notes.
Aroma: Fruity aromas, with plum and cherry predominating, plum and berry notes predominate in dried fruit flavours.
Flavour: High alcohol levels, strong extract, acidity and soft tannins create a well-balanced wine.
