Wine is natural, produced according to traditional technology in kvevri - 3 weeks in contact with mesga (skins, pips, twigs), after maceration of pure juice in kvevri for 8 months. No cultured yeast was used during fermentation. The wine is not filtered.
The wine is the winner of the Saperavi international competition in 2022 - gold medal and first place.
