Description
The wine is fermented and aged in kvevri - 1 month with contact with the skins and 8 aged in kvevri.
The wine is produced from autochthonous Georgian grapes: 80% Saperavi and 20% Budeshuri.
The wine has a dark ruby colour. The aroma has notes of dried red fruits with hints of spices and black berries.
Bright tannins are accompanied by flavours of cherry and plum.
