Tavkveri - fermented on the skins in a kvevri for 2 months, aged for 10 months.
Saperavi - fermented on the skins in kvevri for 3 months, aged in kvevri for 10 months.
The blend is then aged in oak barrels for 6 months.
A complex full-bodied red wine. With aromas of vanilla and tobacco. Tannins and a velvety aftertaste.
