The wine is made in quevrey by a four-month maceration on the mezze, then the clear juice is placed in quevrey for four months and bottled in French oak barrels for four months of aging.
The wine is characterised by an amber colour, the aroma is first sharply expressed tones of peach and fig, softly complemented by tones of vanilla, passing into the aroma of wild flowers and honey. Well-balanced tannins with a rounded, velvety aftertaste.
A slight sediment is typical and the wine should preferably be decanted.
