Description
The wine is produced according to the ancient Georgian technology of ageing in kvevri: 6 weeks of skin contact in kvevri and 10 months of ageing in kvevri.
The aroma of this wine is so bright and intense that you want to inhale as much of it as possible: delicate peach and dried quince, bergamot and tropical fruits. On the palate there are fine and delicate tannins, fine acidity and almonds in the aftertaste. This wine seems to embrace and fall in love with itself.
