Delivery information

We offer fast and reliable delivery throughout Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia to ensure that your orders arrive quickly and safely.

Delivery methods:

  • Courier delivery: We work with reliable local courier services to deliver your order straight to your door.
  • Pick-up points: Choose from a wide selection of Omniva pick-up locations throughout Latvia. Pick up your order at a time convenient for you.
  • Self-collection from our shop at Grecinieku iela 8, Riga, LV1050. Before picking up your order - please make sure that you have received a message about readiness.

Delivery time:

  • Orders placed before 11:00am are dispatched the same day.
  • Usually delivery takes 1-3 working days around Latvia, depending on your location.

Shipping costs:

  • Free delivery for orders over 100 EUR.
  • For orders below 100 EUR delivery charge applies.

Tracking your order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You will be able to track your delivery progress online.
