Описание

The grapes are harvested by hand, from about early to mid-October. Vinification takes place 100% after pneumatic pressing.
Fermentation at a temperature of 20° to 25° C. Maceration for 12 days with an automatic protector 3 times a day for 20 minutes. Complete malolactic fermentation. Matured in stainless steel vats.
The color is ruby red with hints of purple.
The aroma is a characteristic, pleasant and delicate aroma with hints of fruits growing in the area: cherries, maraschis and plums.
The palate is medium-bodied, velvety-smooth and balanced.
