Georgian natural wine. Using Georgian traditional winemaking technology, grapes from vintage 2020 Budeshuri 50% and Chinuri 50% were crushed together into Qvevri and fermented with skin (no stems) for 3 weeks. Grapes are grown in Kakheti, on the right bank of river Alazani, village Vachnadziani, Shaloant Akhoebi – specific terroir, located at 450 meters above the sea level in a dry, hot climate, on rocky/silty soil. The wine is unfiltered.
