The wine is made from grapes Aglianico, aging which in oak barrels for two years gives it the specific name Aglianico di Taurasi DOCG, also in honor of the area where this grape variety is grown.
Harvest – late October – early November.
Maceration for about 20 days. Partial fermentation with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels. Aged in French oak barrels for 24 months.
The wine is very concentrated, the taste is dense. On the nose, it has aromas of ripe red fruits, cherries and blackberries.
