Описание
Light straw color with a greenish tint. Soft, lush bouquet with pineapple aroma. Excellent acidity and roundness on the palate.
The grapes are gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 16°C. Aged on the “lees” in steel tanks for at least 6 months with continuous “batonnages”.
