Описание

The grapes for this wine come from the most suitable and oldest vineyards in Mazon and Girlan. These vineyards are particularly suitable due to their microclimatic conditions, as well as the age of the vines, which they have proven for decades. The main part of the grapes comes from Mazon, where there are mostly deep clay and limestone soils. The second part comes from the oldest vineyards in Girlan, where there are moraine deposits on volcanic porphyry rock.
The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in small containers to prevent excess pressure on the berries. Grapes – 10% vinified in the form of whole bunches – were poured by gravity into steel tanks for alcoholic fermentation (20-24 days). After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in barriques and small wooden barrels (12 hl). This is followed by aging for 8 months in large wooden barrels (70 hl). Finally, the wine is aged for another 8 months in the bottle.
Ruby red color with hints of grenadine and an intense and complex bouquet with hints of ripe fruit, cherries and maraschino. The wine is elegant but rich, with a delicate taste and excellent tannin structure and persistence.
