The grapes are vinified for 8 days at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged in oak barrels of 2800 liters for 18-22 months.
Bright ruby red color. Clean and soft elegant bouquet of aromas with hints of five Chinese spices and cardamom. Intense taste with vanilla aftertaste.
Wine in an old-fashioned Bordeaux bottle (910 gr) with a wax seal covering a reproduction of a two lire coin that was in circulation during the Duchy of Savoy.
