Описание

In a word: a mosaic of sensations.
The label shows Kairos’ connection to the Harlequin project: the Harlequin costume is made up of pieces of different colors, just like wine is made up of 15 different grape varieties, each with its own characteristics. In ancient Greek, Kairos means “timely, at the right moment.”
The addition of sundials and simple clocks expresses the idea of precise time.
Organic fertilizer and manual pruning; thinning shoots, removing leaves, thinning clusters. The grapes are harvested by hand, depending on the degree of maturity of each individual variety; after careful selection for quality, the bunches are placed on drying trays only for the time necessary to harvest the entire crop, from 0 to 40 days.
Vinification is carried out in steel and concrete vats; cryomaceration and fermentation using local yeast takes about 20-25 days, with the only operation being the manual mixing of the must and pomace. After 8-10 days after bottling, the wine goes into French oak barrels, where it is aged for at least 24 months without transfusion. It gets at least 1 more year in the bottle.
The color is a bright, thick ruby red with garnet highlights as it ages.
The nose is a mosaic of fruits, flowers and earthy minerals interspersed with each other.
On the palate the impression of enveloping richness and complexity. Fruits, spices and higher spirits alternate with fruity marmalade and forest floor, followed by pipe tobacco, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves, combined with minerality to show the immense depth of this wine. The wine completes the long aftertaste and attractive note of sweetness.
