A red wine with excellent structure, obtained from the vinification of Aglianico grapes from vineyards in Irpinia, specifically in Paternopoli. The harvest always takes place in the first decade of November, bringing the grapes to the peak of ripening.
De-stemming and light pressing of selected yeasts, maceration at a controlled temperature of 25-30°C, pouring and soft pressing of pomace, aging in barriques for 6 months, bottling. Aged 3 months in bottle.
Ruby red color with orange reflections due to aging for 6 months in French and American oak barrels. The nose gives us a wonderful vanilla sensation that intertwines with pleasant notes of red berries in alcohol, licorice and spices. Fresh and pleasantly soft in the mouth despite the impressive structure.
