Описание

The wine is made in qvevri by maceration on the pulp for four months, then the pure juice is placed in qvevri for four months and poured into French oak barrels for four months of aging.
The wine is characterized by an amber color, in the aroma at first pronounced tones of peach and fig, softly complemented by tones of vanilla, turning into the aroma of wildflowers and honey. Well balanced tannins with a rounded velvety aftertaste.
A slight sediment is typical, the wine should preferably be decanted.
