Описание

The area of the vineyard is 5 hectares – the harvest from one hectare is up to 4 tons. Harvest time early October – completely hand-picked.
Vinification takes place in qvevri, which is buried in the ground. Contact with pulp 20-25 days. After that, it is removed from the pulp and the wine is poured into another Qvevri, where the wine stays for 1 month until the end of malolactic fermentation. After the wine is removed from the sediment and poured into a French oak barrel, where the wine is 10 months.
Pronounced fig notes, after dried apricots, spices, vanilla and field herbs.
Well balanced tannins, pleasant acidity, long aftertaste.
The wine is recommended to decant 5-10 minutes before drinking.
