A classic grape for the production of the famous Khvanchkara (semi-sweet red wine). This wine is an exclusive experiment to create “dry Khvanchkara”.
Dry red wine is produced in Racha, namely from the Alexandrouli and Mujuretuli grape varieties located on the Khimshi slope.
Qvevri aging – 3 months of skin contact, 4 months of Qvevri aging, 6 months of aging in oak barrels.
The wine has a ruby color, the taste is delicate, smooth, well-balanced tannins, with a long rounded aftertaste.
Aroma – tones of blackberry, blueberry and prunes.
