This wine was fermented and aged in qvevri according to ancient Georgian winemaking traditions. The wine is a blend of grape varieties Rkatsiteli 70% and Mtsvane 30%, harvested in the biological vineyards of the Kakheti region, the village of Ozhio.
Qvevri, the wine is fermented spontaneously, the fermentation period with the skin is 6 months.
The wine is made with wild yeast and does not contain any additives.
