This wine was fermented and aged in qvevri according to ancient Georgian winemaking traditions. The wine is made from one of the famous Georgian grape varieties Kisi, harvested in the biological vineyards of the Kakheti region, the village of Chikaani.
The wine was made with wild yeast and does not contain any additives.
Qvevri, the wine is fermented spontaneously, the fermentation period with the skin is 6 months.
