Описание

In August, a green crop was harvested from each vineyard to lower yields and produce higher quality grapes. In September, the grapes were harvested by hand, packed in boxes of 10 kg and delivered to the winery.
Upon arrival, the grapes were placed on a sorting table and again selected. Each grape variety, selected in a certain proportion, was removed.
Fermentation was carried out partially on a chacha, in qvevri at a temperature of 13°-15°C. The goal was to preserve compounds that affect the aroma and taste of wine.
Nose: expressive aroma of stone fruit, namely apricot.
Colour: Dark straw
Tasting characteristics: balanced, full-bodied, with pleasant acidity and a memorable taste.
