Описание

Vineyards over 50 years old. Yield less than 1 kg per bush. Located on clay-ferruginous and very arid, stony soils with rainfall less than 300 liters per square meter per year, at an altitude of 600 m and located on the slopes of the Iberian Range, near its highest peak: El Moncayo.
Traditional method. Cold maceration for 48 hours to get more fresh fruit. Fermentation at 26°C with temperature control. Maceration is carried out for fifteen days, and after achieving the desired results, it is squeezed and pressed. Aged in Bordeaux American and French oak barrels for 8 months. Before its release, it is aged for six months in the bottle.
Cherry red color with hints of ocher due to aging, clear.
Intense, varietal aromas of very ripe red fruits, shrubs and some mineral tones with light roasting and spices obtained by blending different types of wood.
Soft, wide, fleshy, harmonious and structured taste, rich in nuances, very balanced, with a very long finish. Emphasizes the concentration and softness of tannins obtained when the grapes are fully ripe.
