Описание

When the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot and Tempranillo reach optimum maturity, they are harvested and fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at 25° to 29°C. The grapes are then macerated for 2-4 weeks, depending on the variety, while malolactic fermentation takes place. After that, the wines are placed in the second and third French oak barrels with a volume of 225 liters. The length of barrel aging depends on the variety and vintage. The average aging time is 9 months.
After the aging process is complete, the different varieties are blended and left to naturally clear by gravity to give the wine a glossy finish before bottling.
Wine of intense cherry red color with purple rim. It has a fresh, intense nose with hints of ripe red fruit, a smooth mouthfeel and full body thanks to round and velvety tannins.
In the middle of the palate, it is soft and fresh with a long finish as red fruit flavors mingle with the toasted accents of its 9 month French oak barrel aging.
