Description
The rare dark garnet red Asuretuli Shala grape variety was discovered wild in the forests around Asureti by German settlers in the early 19th century. It originates only from this small village in southern Georgia. Levan Bandzeladze, a 37-year-old auditor, has been making wine as a hobby in neighbouring Bolnisi since he was 18 and is now turning his hobby into a profession.
With rich cherry and berry notes.
