A blend of two autochthonous Imeretian varieties Tsitska and Tsolikouri, prepared by a young female winemaker Baia Abuladze. This is the lightest of Baia's three white wines. Both varieties have high acidity, low-sugar grapes adapted to the wetter climate of western Georgia. All berries are grown in the vineyards in the village of Obcha, harvested and sorted by hand. After removing the combs, the wine is pressed and placed in stainless steel with partial skins, after which fermentation begins spontaneously.
Maceration: 1 month with 30% skins.
Unfiltered, minimal intervention.
