Amber dry wine is produced in Kakheti from Kisi grapes ripened in the Akhmeta region. The fermentation process follows the traditional Georgian method and the wine is aged in clay jugs (kvevri) for at least 5 months. The wine stands out with aromas of yellow colour and dried fruits. The flavour is full, with rich tannins and the aftertaste is long and distinctive. The wine is not processed, it is filtered by natural filtration in the kvevri.
