Description
Kindzmarauli microzone, left bank of the Alazani River. Fermentation in kvevri, ageing in oak (8 months). Purplish-red colour. The aroma is expressed by cocoa beans, dark chocolate, cranberries, blueberries. Pleasant tannins make a clear distinction between clay and oak bark. The long aftertaste gently puts a point at the end.
