A method of producing a refinement:
After 5 months in the desiccator, the grapes are pressed. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged in barriques for approx.
24 months.
Brilliant golden colour with aromas of peach and candied oranges, hay and wild dried herbs, chamomile and ginger. Pleasant long fruity aftertaste.
