Description
Gurashvili Kisi Kvevri is an unfiltered orange wine.
The wine is produced using the traditional Georgian "kvevri method". The grape juice and skins are fully fermented and macerated for 5 months in a kvevri (clay vessel buried in the ground), which gives the wine a deep and full tannin flavour and structure. The wine is extracted and bottled without filtration, preserving all the raw flavours.
Flavour: white dried fruits, smoked tones.
Flavour: full-bodied, dry, white fruit, vanilla, peach, quince, balanced tannins.
