Description
A six-month fermentation on chacha in a kvevri, then aged for 12 months in the kvevri, then bottled and aged in lattices specially set aside for aging.
Rkatsiteli is a dry wine of amber colour. Made from 100% Rkatsiteli grapes using the traditional old Georgian method.
The wine is amber in colour, the taste has well-balanced tannins and a long rounded aftertaste, the aroma has well expressed tones of fig, peach, yellow cherry, wild flowers and Georgian spices.
It is recommended to decant and take after 10-15 minutes.
